Food trends for 2016 point to healthy living and sriracha. Many restaurants are now allowing customers to order sriracha on almost anything. If your restaurant serves alcohol, you may want to consider adding a Sriracha Bloody Mary to your menu. The blend of tomato juice and sriracha will make even your healthiest customer happy with your drink options. If your restaurant already has the perfect bloody mary recipe, simply add a few dashes of sriracha to your recipe and it’s good to go. If you still haven’t found the perfect recipe, spice up your menu and try this one:
Sriracha Bloody Mary:
2 oz vodka
4 oz tomato juice
½ oz fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 pinches celery salt
2 pinches pepper
2 pinches cumin
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes sriracha sauce
¼ tsp horseradish
¼ tsp minced garlic
Garnish – be creative! Use one or many of the following options:
Lemon or lime wedge
Makes 1 Serving – Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and roll. Do not shake. Strain into an ice filled glass and add garnish.

Like the water bottle, it quickly sold out, but will be back in stock soon enough.
